Teresa
Teresa is the the owner and founder of Electro-LadyLux.
Having received her B.F.A. from Emily Carr in 1995, Teresa went on to open the first Electro-LadyLux location in Gastown the same year. The second location of Electro-LadyLux opened on Commercial Drive in 1999 and closed it’s doors to the public in 2019. Electro-LadyLux was the first completely Female owned and operated tattoo shop in Canada. Electro-LadyLux’s current incarnation is a private studio setting with work by appointment only with Teresa. The decision to scale back came after a number of personal setbacks including health reasons. Teresa is still putting out some amazing work all considering!
Loving a challenge, Teresa is versatile in various tattoo styles, but is especially known for her unique style, use of colour, cover-ups and fix ups.
